    The biggest mould size can reach the dimension of 1500mm length, 1200mm width and 12 tons weight. The smallest precision mold can reach the dimension of 150mm length and 150mm width.Our more than 30 designers have experiences to communicate with customers from Europe and USA about the mould requirement.We always understand the cuntomer′s request well and design/manufacture mold according to international standard like JIM,HASCO,DEM etc. by using a high grade steel, like Buderus etc. which guarantees a very good mold life time.      We have 9 units  injection machines which are imported from foreign countries. Tonnages range from 80T to 380T.Our products are applied in the field of mobile phone botton, gear, shell, accessories for printer, manifolder ,IT ,office and household etc. Those items are produced  with general plastics, engineering plastic and according to the material specifications from our customers.
